Praznični kruh – masleni kruh ali pinca

Ob večjih cerkvenih praznikih so v Vipavski dolini, Goriškem in Krasu tradicionalno pekli bogat sladki kruh iz bele pšenične moke, jajc, masla, mleka in sladkorja, ki je bil v Vipavski dolini poznan kot masleni kruh, na Krasu in okolici pa pinca. Pripravljali so ga predvsem za veliko noč, pa tudi ob pomembnih zakramentih, kot sta birma in poroka.
