Na predvečer sv. Gregorja so otroci v Tržiču s spuščanjem hišic s svečami dajali vuč u vodo. Dan je okrog Gregorja že tako dolg, da čevljarji pri delu niso več potrebovali luči. Razglednica ni bila odposlana.
