Almanah Mladika je izšel v samozaložbi leta 1868, izdala sta jo Jurčič in Stritar, edini zvezek so natisnili pri Rozaliji Eger. Zbirka vsebuje pesmi in prozo: Jurčič je notri objavil Sosedovega sina, Stritar pa več proznih del, med njimi Svetinovo Metko, pod psevdonimom Boris Mirán.
