Dereanijeva hiša, še danes stoji nasproti slaščičarne Zvezda na Prešernovi ulici v Celju, v šestdesetih letih 19. stoletja je bil njen lastnik trgovec Franc Kapus, je 16. februarja 1862 potekala slovesnost ob ustanovitvi “celjske čitavnice”.
