Konstantin Nahtigal se je rodil 20. aprila 1918 v Gradcu kot četrti sin univerzitetnega profesorja in prvega predsednika Slovenske akademije znanosti in umetnosti, dr. Rajka Nahtigala. Januarja  1943 je bil v begunjskih zaporih ustreljen kot talec.
