Šentožbolt je obcestno naselje pod Trojanskim klancem. Kraj je dobil ime po farnem zavetniku sv. Ožboltu. Župnijska cerkev sv. Ožbolta ima gotsko zasnovo. Prvič se omenja leta 1437. V vasi je ohranjenih več mogočnih furmanskih domov.
